Key Capture Energy Reaches Tax Agreement, Continues Progress on KCE NY 1 Project

KCE is pleased to have reached a tax agreement with the Mechanicville-Stillwater Industrial Development Agency. The company made local headlines last week after the agreement was announced.

In an article titled “20-megawatt battery facility planned in Stillwater,” the Daily Gazette praised Key Capture Energy’s project as “one of the first big steps toward the state’s goal of 1,500 megawatts of storage capacity installed by the year 2025.”

In an article titled “New York’s largest battery energy storage system will be built in Saratoga County,” the Albany Business Review highlighted the value of Key Capture Energy’s project to Saratoga County as a job creator and a financial supporter of the town of Stillwater, the school district, and the county.
